Terms & Conditions

  1. Hakuen Golf will operate regardless of weather conditions. Compensation cannot be made for weather or operational conditions outside the control of Hakuen Golf.

  2. Hakuen Golf will not be held liable for any accidents that occur before, during or after the lesson.

  3. Hakuen Golf lessons will not be extended or rescheduled due to the late arrival of the guest for any reason. No refund is offered for late arrival.

  4. Green fees & Practice area use fees are obligatory for all guests and are not included in the lesson price. 

  5. Requests for particular instructors cannot be guaranteed. In the event that a requested instructor is not available, Hakuen Golf reserves the right to allocate another instructor without providing notice to the guest.

  6. All lessons are conducted in English. Lessons can be conducted in an alternative language upon request and instructor availability.

  7. Guests may be filmed or photographed during their time with Hakuen Golf. Guests are required to notify Hakuen Golf if they do not consent to media being used for promotional purposes.

  8. Hakuen Golf strongly recommends guests to have comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected costs incurred by travel delays, injury or illness.

  9. Hakuen Golf reserves the right to cancel the guest's booking. This is extermely unlikely, but should this event occur, the guest will be fully refunded.

  10. Hakuen Golf reserves the rate to modify or cancel the booking for the services provided without notice. In such cases, a full refund will be given.

  11. Hakuen Golf reserves the right to refuse to provide a service to whomever it chooses.​​​​

​​Booking Policy 

To secure your booking a full payment is required within 7 days of the booking date.  If the outstanding payment is not received by the due date, this booking will be cancelled. If anything is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Hakuen Golf will not be held responsible if we are not notified of any corrections in your booking. By booking with us you agree to our terms and conditions.  We accept payments via credit card or direct bank transfer.  Details are included in your booking link.  

Cancellation Policy

・Booking cancellations made within 7 days of the date of booking will incur no charge.

・Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to booking start date will incur a 20% charge.

・Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to booking start date will incur a 100% charge.
